We take your safety very seriously at Carlton J & I School, this includes Internet Safety as well. Below are some useful names and numbers of helplines that can help to keep you safe.
ChildLine & NSPCC
Childline is there to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.
You can talk to them about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, their trained counsellors are there to support you.

NSPCC
If you’re worried or worried about another child and need help you can call their helpline on 0808 800 5000 – They are open Monday to Friday 8 am – 10 pm or 9 am – 6 pm at the weekends.
Mind
If you’re going through a difficult time or are struggling with how you’re feeling, it can be really scary and upsetting. Mind are there to help you understand you’re not alone and to help you find the support you deserve.

Kidscape
No matter what, there is never an excuse for bullying and you are not to blame. However, there are things you can do to help stop the bullying have plenty of advice and practical tips on how you can build up your confidence and deal with bullying head on.
