Concerns & Worries

We understand that as parents there may be times when you feel worried about your child in school. At Carlton the interests of our children and families are in our hearts and aim to work in close partnership with our families to ensure that there is a good working relationship between school and home. We aim to be a calm, fair community school and we are always trying our best for your children to ensure they can dream, aspire and achieve beyond excellence.

To support this we make sure we have staff in the school playground at the beginning and of the the school day to catch up with and to help resolve and worries or concerns. We also have a pastoral lead who is available to help and support families throughout the school day.

If you wish to make an appointment to discuss your child in further detail, we are always happy to help and appointments can be made via the school office. However, if you feel that you need to make a informal or formal complaint then please follow our complaints procedure below.
